One workspace, six focused views

See what matters now without opening a portfolio maze.

Training is organised for short phone sessions as well as deeper desktop review.

Draft, request, complete and review workplace assessments through small focused forms.

04

Procedures and activities with duplicate protection, supervision context and outcomes.

05

Feedback

Patient, colleague and learner campaigns with secure links and privacy thresholds.

06

Milestones, supervisor relationships, progress preparation and controlled exports.

Capability and evidence map

Map evidence to outcomes—not arbitrary activity counts.

Create or import the curriculum structure you actually use, then connect approved Record and Practice evidence without duplicating the underlying item.

Authority stays visible. Merentra helps organise and explain the evidence. Your official curriculum, programme, supervisor and progression process remain authoritative.

Workplace assessments

Request an assessment without giving the assessor an account or WordPress access.

Purpose-limited links keep the response journey small, clear and separate from the member workspace.

1

Create the request

Choose the assessment type, context, assessor and expiry date.

2

Send one secure link

The invite carries an expiring, one-time token—not access to the member account. Possession of the link does not independently prove assessor identity.

3

Assessor responds

A clean mobile form collects only the information needed for that assessment.

4

Member reviews

The completed assessment becomes visible with source, status and revision history.

External response

Focused, accessible and accountless

Responders see the purpose, expiry and privacy notice before submitting. Links cannot open the rest of Merentra, but a private link is not independent identity verification.

  • Minimum 44-pixel controls
  • Phone-safe single-column form
  • No patient-identifiable details
  • One-time assessment completion
Logbook and milestones

Keep procedures, examinations and deadlines visible without turning them into invented quotas.

Merentra records what happened, links supporting evidence and highlights dates. It does not create a requirement your authoritative programme has not set.

Procedure logbook

Fast enough to use after the session.

Capture date, activity, role, supervision, outcome, rotation and reflection, with exact-duplicate protection.

  • Compact phone entry
  • Programme and rotation context
  • Record or Practice evidence links
  • CSV logbook export
Milestones

Know what is due—and what source set the date.

Track examinations, certification, progression reviews, required courses and applications.

  • Planned, booked, completed and deferred states
  • Due and overdue attention
  • Source URL and provenance
  • No automatic completion claims
Governed feedback

Collect useful feedback while withholding individual rating sets and identities.

Choose private invitations, one shared website link and QR code, or both—while keeping report release conservative.

Colleague feedbackOpen campaign

Report locked while open

Closing prevents comparison of live snapshots that could reveal an individual rating set.

Configured minimum5 responsesRole groups and comment categories below three are suppressed.
Privacy-led flow

Invite or scan. Collect. Close. Aggregate.

  1. InviteNamed one-use invitations or an account-free campaign QR.
  2. CollectResponses encrypted at rest.
  3. CloseMember cannot inspect live aggregates.
  4. ReportOnly after closure and enough valid responses meet the threshold.

The member can see invitation administration, including whether a link was used, but not a respondent’s identity or individual rating set. Optional comments appear only when at least three valid comments exist in that category; they may be reproduced verbatim without identity and can still identify through their wording.

Not an automatic regulatory instrument. Merentra applies a privacy-led collection workflow. A programme, employer, designated body or regulator must separately confirm whether the questionnaire, administration and report meet its formal requirements.
Reviews and controlled outputs

Prepare the evidence. Keep the decision with the authorised people.

Member-triggered exports help review the story without claiming an official progression result.

Progress summary

Programme, rotations, capabilities, milestones, assessments and due-next context.

Training portfolio

Portable structured data with sources, links and revisions.

CSV

Spreadsheet-compatible activity export with formula-injection protection.

HTML

Aggregated ratings and eligible comments, available only after closure and valid-response thresholds.

Optional Mara assistance

Explain the gap. Draft the next step. Never sign it off.

Verified Professional members can request an unsaved draft using a bounded subset of approved Training context.

Evidence-gap explanation

Summarise why a capability or milestone needs attention without inventing a requirement.

Assessment preparation

Structure member notes into an editable request or reflection draft.

Review preparation

Prioritise next actions from approved programme, evidence and date context.

Manual Training is included without paid AI. Mara cannot submit an assessment, invite a respondent, close a campaign, alter evidence, sign off a capability or make a progression decision.
Training is available now

Make the next requirement clear without losing the wider career record.

Use a capability or review gap to explain why an opportunity may be relevant, then verify the source and keep progression decisions with the authorised people.
