Merentra founding cohort

Build the platform with us—without becoming the test environment.

The founding cohort is a deliberately small, supported release of the complete Merentra v1 workspace. New accounts open only while live acceptance, support ownership and capacity are current. Existing members keep access when registration is paused.

What is available

A complete professional workspace—not a landing-page promise.

Founding members use the same cumulative v1 product that will underpin later staged availability. Manual workflows remain useful without paid AI.

Work

Job plans, rotas and work intelligence

Create recurring cycles, import real sources and review conflicts before anything becomes part of the live plan.

  • Excel, CSV, ICS, PDF and image intake
  • Travel, on-call and additional-work planning
  • Source provenance and rollback
Record

A portable professional record

Build achievements manually, attach encrypted evidence and retain a clear revision and provenance history.

  • CV, portfolio and timeline exports
  • Expiry and reminder tracking
  • Member-controlled evidence bundles
Practice

Appraisal and revalidation preparation

Organise CPD, PDP, quality improvement and supporting information without Merentra pretending to issue an outcome.

  • Whole-scope preparation
  • Record evidence links
  • Appraisal and revalidation reports
Training

Progression, assessments and feedback

Map capabilities, maintain a logbook and request bounded external assessments and confidential aggregate feedback.

  • Programme and rotation context
  • Due-next priorities
  • No invented ARCP or competence decision
Opportunities

Explainable professional planning

Save courses, fellowships, grants, jobs and projects and understand why they may be relevant.

  • Source and freshness controls
  • Private tasks and evidence links
  • No automatic applications or purchases
Organisation pilot

Consent before institutional access

An invitation creates a relationship, not automatic portfolio visibility. Every bounded summary request is separate, expiring and revocable.

  • Roles, cohorts and placements
  • Consent receipts and audit history
  • Separate Data Service boundary
How participation works

Four clear stages from account access to useful evidence.

The cohort is designed to find real defects and friction. It is not permission to expose members to uncontrolled experiments.

Check live availability

The authoritative status shows whether new accounts are open, paused or full. Existing members always use Sign in.

Test the real journey

Use the device, browser, provider and workflow you would actually rely on. Report the smallest reproducible problem.

Keep control

Review every Mara proposal and organisation consent. Pause paid access, revoke sharing or leave without losing your member-owned history.

Safety and control

Your professional record is not the price of participation.

Support, acceptance evidence and feedback must use the minimum information necessary. Do not submit patient-identifiable, credential, payment-card or employer-confidential information.

What Merentra asks founding members to do

Use the product honestly, report defects promptly and tell us where the interface or explanation fails. Product telemetry remains bounded and raw professional content is not passed to Business OS.

  • Use representative but appropriate professional information.
  • Report the route, device and action—not secrets or raw records.
  • Separate a software defect from a future feature request.
  • Use Status and Support during degraded service or an incident.

Check the gate, then choose the route that fits your career.

Student Core and Free Record can be useful without paid AI. Professional access requires verified checkout authority. Organisation entry remains a controlled invitation or pilot pathway.
